Designed to be a 21st century public space and facility, the National Army Museum delivers new opportunities for staging creative events in London. An open integrated building, the floors are arranged around a bright central atrium, and house five permanent galleries, a space for temporary exhibitions, and facilities for education and events. Embedded into the whole museum is a state-of-the-art IT infrastructure which supports the latest communication and presentation tools. Established in 1960 by Royal Charter, the National Army Museum is the United Kingdom’s leading authority on the history and traditions of the British Army, the Musuem explores the impact that soldiers from Britain, Ireland and the Commonwealth have had throughout the world, from the 17th century to the present day.
