HEAD CHEFS – 2 roles
London
Working in close collaboration with our Executive Head Chef and our Development Chef, the Head Chef roles are integral to ensuring the utmost excellence of kitchen output. Responsible for managing our impressive kitchen brigade, the post-holders will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, tenacity, and attention to detail, alongside a keen passion for creating show-stopping food.
HEAD CHEF – PRODUCTION £45-60k Plus OT and Bonus. The post-holder will be based in our Head Office Kitchen and work on a largely daytime basis – giving them back their evenings! You will possess excellent organisation skills and have experience in:
– Leading a full brigade, from the front and with a smile.
– Working to tight deadlines & budgets
– Delivery on kitchen KPIs
– Bringing a ‘wow factor’ to food creation with keen attention to detail
HEAD CHEF – EVENTS £45k Plus OT and Bonus– The post-holder will have a creative/innovative approach to food creation, excellent organisation skills and have experience in:
– Leading a full brigade at a variety of venues, from the front and with a smile.

DRIVER PORTERS – Back of House
London
Full-time role for a driver/porter – this is a fantastic way to begin a career in the events industry, working across many prestigious Unique Venues of London. Candidates will ideally have some experience of working in events, but this is not essential. Full driving licence essential. £30k plus OT and Bonus.
EVENT MANAGERS
London
Blue Strawberry Group is seeking outstanding Event Managers. These roles offer candidates the opportunity to work across London’s most iconic venues and create/deliver exceptional events for a wide range of high level clients. This includes liaising with clients, venues and suppliers to design, plan and bring the event to life on-site.
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years experience of the London events industry (one role will have a wedding focus). Salary £27-32k per annum with overtime paid, quarterly bonus and uncapped commission!
