We are thrilled to bring clients with us on our exciting sustainability journey. As a team comprised of many parents, we are very conscious of the world our children will inherit. This is why sustainability is so important to us and why we have promised to work harder to be part of the solution, rather than part of the problem.


Our conscientious chefs source produce carefully – ensuring that we buy ethically and locally whenever possible, reducing ‘food miles’ and supporting local independent businesses. Our suppliers are carefully vetted and we always ask them to use minimal and eco-friendly packaging.

We only use free-range eggs, fish from sustainable sources and often include organic ingredients where we can. We always offer clients guidance as to the provenance and seasonality of our menus, supporting them to make environmentally friendly choices as much as possible.


We love to enable clients to get involved and make a real difference with their events. Our Tree Planting Pledge sees us plant a tree with The South Downs National Park Trust for every event we undertake.

We also offer carbon offsetting options for clients in relation to catering for their event. Set out as one simple minimal cost per guest, with every penny going towards carbon offsetting, in partnership with Terra Neutra’s Eco Act.
